Overview
Starting from 2024, the Education Innovation Team at the University of Sydney has created a new assessment framework for all Faculties and Schools to implement. This means that all academics and staff have to familiarise themselves with this new framework and re-map their assessments accordingly with the right learning outcome.

Objective
The objective of this project was to design an interactive game that will be embedded on the Educators Portal (Canvas site) for the School of Architecture, Design and Planning (ADP). The quiz will involve understanding the categories and types of assessments as well as examples of ADP assessments that would fall under each of the types.
Research
In order to fully understand what type of assessments sit under each category, a thorough research was conducted by checking SEAMS, Canvas, the Master spreadsheet for courses in ADP. This helped me understand how Unit Coordinators currently set their assessment type according to the new assessment framework and evaluate whether it aligns with the learning outcome for that type of assessment.
